- We deliver Products exclusively within India.
- Orders cannot be delivered to locations outside the territorial boundaries of India.

- Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed upon confirmation of payment.
- We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3-5 days from the Date of Order.
- Processing may take additional time in cases such as security checks, payment authorisation delays, stock verification, or high order volume.
3.2 Verification
We may require verification of information prior to acceptance or shipment of any order.
This may include confirming:

- SHIPPING PARTNERS & DELIVERY METHOD
- All Products are shipped through standard courier services via our logistics partners.
- Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during checkout, provided the address complies with shipping restrictions.

5.3 Order Confirmation & Tracking

6.1 Customer Unreachable or Delivery Not Accepted
If the courier partner cannot reach you or delivery is refused:
- We reserve the right to cancel the order.
- If prepaid, a refund will be processed to the original payment source or wallet.
- No liability will be borne for cancellations arising from failed delivery attempts.
6.2 Delivery to Another Person
Delivery may be made to any individual present at the provided shipping address.
- MULTIPLE PRODUCTS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
- If multiple products are purchased in a single transaction, we may deliver them together.
- However, split shipments may occur based on stock location, availability, or logistical constraints.
Separate Addresses
If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, separate orders must be placed for each destination.
