We ensure strict quality checks, but if an issue arises, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

2.1 Eligible Return or Exchange Scenarios

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product (report within 2 business days)
  • You received a wrong product or a product different from what you ordered (report within 2 business days)
  • Packaging appears tampered or a product seal is broken at delivery
  • Your order was not delivered
  • You have a change of mind, provided the product is unused, unopened, and sealed, and the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Important:
Consumable health products cannot be returned if opened, used, or tampered with, in accordance with hygiene guidelines and FSSAI regulations.

5.1 Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be initiated within 15 business days after:

  • Returned items pass quality inspection, or
  • A non-delivery claim is validated

To protect customers and maintain platform integrity, accounts may be flagged as High Fraud Risk and restricted if:

  • Coupons, vouchers, or referral programs are misused

  • Orders are linked to suspicious addresses
  • Multiple compensation claims are attempted
  • Payment irregularities occur

In such cases, loyalty points or referral credits may be forfeited.

  1. Please ensure to record a video while unboxing the Packaging as supporting evidence.
  2. Avoid breaking the product’s seal if you harbor any doubts/questions about its authenticity.
  3. Once the product seal has been opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for that item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If the outer packaging seems damaged/tampered, we recommend that you refuse the delivery from our courier service.

Kindly take a picture or video while opening the package. If the internal item is found defective and you wish to return or exchange it, please send us the details at support@coregenixlab.com, including your Name, Contact information, Order Number, Product Name, and Product Batch number. You can expect a reply within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving your information, our team will review it and take the necessary actions.

This will aid us in escalating the issue with the corresponding courier service provider.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect product or if items are missing from my order?

Primarily, our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that an item does not match the description on our website or if items are missing according to the order quantity/invoice, please share a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number, and images of the received products along with the invoice copy to our customer care at support@coregenixlab.com within 48 hours of delivery. All returns will be assessed for eligibility, and refunds will be subject to review and verification by the Coregenix Lab team. Any returns of damaged products will be declined if any part or the entire item has been used/broken, seal/open.

Note: In situations regarding product replacement, it will be contingent on stock availability. If a replacement isn’t feasible, we will process a full refund.

How can I cancel an order?

If the order of the item(s) you wish to cancel hasn’t been shipped yet, you can submit your cancellation request using the following methods:

Via the ‘My Orders’ section

Go to your account > Click ‘Orders’ > Select the order you want to cancel and choose ‘Order Details’ > Click ‘Cancel Item’ > Indicate the item(s) you wish to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation before confirming > After submission, your item(s) will be cancelled, and your refund will be initiated.

How will I receive a refund for canceled orders, and how long will this take?

If you cancel before shipment/dispatch, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

In the case of cancellation after the shipment has been sent or if items are being returned, we will process the refund after the products have been received and confirmed at our warehouse.

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the purchase within 24-48 business hours following receipt of the returned products. It might take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will arrange a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the bill/invoice details provided by the customer.

This procedure will be finalized within 24-48 business hours once we obtain the products back and your bank details via email. Additionally, it may take 2-3 business days for the amount to show in your account.

What happens if I utilize discount vouchers or loyalty points when I make my payment and then cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for single use only and will be regarded as utilized even if you cancel the order.

If you redeemed loyalty points for an order, those will be credited back to your account in the case of cancellation.
